Discover our corporate architecture, the vision driving our client success, the heritage of our name, and our leadership team.
The name eThanda originates from a bold vocal Tamil expression capturing the exact moment of discovery: "This is what I have been truly looking for... finally."
For our clients, this embodies the profound relief they experience when we step in to rescue an orphaned system. It represents the absolute end of their search for true architectural expertise, and our commitment to delivering solutions that withstand the test of time.
At eThanda Technologies, we advocate for clean, efficient, and objective-driven technology solutions, led by decades of hands-on engineering experience.
CEO & Head of Modernization
Serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Modernization, our Principal Architect brings over two decades of deep architectural expertise to the helm of eThanda Technologies. With a proven track record of delivering massive-scale global projects across the logistics, retail, banking, and insurance domains, they have consistently been recognized for excellence, including the Outstanding Contribution Reward (CONNS) and the Best Individual Performance Award (HCL Europe).
Beyond core technical mastery in RPG ILE, ASNA Monarch, MIMIX, and SYNON/COOL 2E, their leadership is defined by rigorous, process-driven execution. As a certified Agile Scrum Master, PMP, and ITIL professional, they enforce enterprise-grade standards across all deliveries. This includes directing comprehensive Change and Release Management lifecycles and executing ground-up installations and configurations of robust ALM tools like X-Analysis and MKS Implementer.

Spearheading eThanda's modern web development division, our Principal Java Architect brings over 12 years of specialized IT experience to the forefront of our cloud-native engineering practices. They possess a deep focus on architecting highly scalable, resilient applications tailored specifically for the rigorous demands of the healthcare and finance sectors.
Their architectural approach bridges robust backend processing with dynamic user experiences. By leveraging enterprise Java 8-17 and Spring Boot 3.0, they construct high-performance microservices deployed on AWS using automated Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. On the frontend, they design intuitive UI landscapes using industry-leading frameworks like Angular 17, React, and Next.js to ensure seamless end-user engagement.
